Welcome to the Fayette County Board of Education Transportation Department

As everyone knows, transporting students to and from school safely in those big yellow school buses is a vital part of education. As Transportation Supervisor, my primary concern is the safety of the students. Fayette County is very fortunate in that we have an excellent fleet of school buses, as well as an excellent group of drivers. Our buses are kept in good working order by well-trained mechanics, while our drivers are well-trained and re-certified each year.

We will do our utmost to assure your child's safety while being transported. We ask parents for their help in making sure their children are aware of and urged to follow bus rules as set forth in the Transportation Safety Flyer included in each child's folder received at the beginning of school.
