Name: Heather Terry

Family: I have a son, Trey, who is a Senior at Berry High School. I have two dogs. A chiweenie named Rayzor and a miniture aussiedoodle named Mila. I love going to the beach or spending time at the lake or river.

Education: I grew up in Berry and am a 2004 graduate of Berry High School. I am a 2014 graduate of The University of Alabama, where I earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in K-12 Collaborative Special Education

Teaching Experience: I am in my sixth year of teaching. I started out at Fayette Elementary in the Fall of 2014. I transferred to Berry High School in 2015 where I taught in a self-contained special education classroom. I returned to Fayette Elementary this year and it felt like coming back home. I love teaching at Fayette Elementary!

My favorite things: Spending time with my family and my dogs, traveling, attending festivals (any kind will do!), chocolate, and relaxing on the couch while watching a good movie.
