Support the Berry High School Varsity Cheerleaders by purchasing a 2024-2025 Football Program Ad. To purchase an ad please read the following information to determine how you would like to submit your purchase and follow the directions carefully (For help with this process please email hsims@fayette.k12.al.us or call the school at 205-689-4467):
To fill out the form digitally:
- Go to File -> Make a Copy
- Edit the form to include your information
- Email the form to hsims@fayette.k12.al.us with any additional pictures or information.
OR
- Print the form and mail it to BHS with payment (address listed on form)
To recieve a hard copy of the form to submit:
- You may pick up a hard copy of the form from:
- BHS Front Office
- BHS Varsity Cheer
- Hanna Sims
Submit payment to Berry High School via a Berry High School Varsity Cheerleader, through the mail (address listed on form), or by bringing payment to Berry High School (7:30am-3:00pm)
