Child Nutrition Policies

Parents/Faculty/Students: If you would like to be involved in the continued oversight of the Fayette County Schools Wellness Policy, please let us know! We could use your help with periodic updates and reviews of this important area of the Child Nutrition Department. The Fayette County board of Education will hold a wellness policy meeting to review and evaluate our current school wellness policy on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 4pm in the Central Office boardroom. Wellness Policies help schools to create an action plan for nutrition and physical activity to meet federal and state guidelines and encourage healthy choices for the benefit of our students. All are welcome to attend.
