Week 1

What is service? Service and generosity are closely related. Both require us seeing others in
a way that allows for their needs to be visible, and both require action from us. This week, we
will look at service as an action that you do to help someone do something that they couldn’t
do without your help. 

Week 2

Servant leadership. When we are in charge of something, our leadership style determines so
much about how the team, project, or organization will run. This week, we’ll talk about what
good servant leadership looks like and how we can impact and influence others when we
lead.

Week 3

Serving in Secret. Maybe you get extra credit for completing a “service project” or a certain
number of hours are required of you for graduation, so you have to keep track of and prove how
you’ve helped others. But other times, helping others comes from your heart. So how do you
serve people without making them feel smaller than you? How do you serve without posting it
to Instagram or hoping for recognition of any kind? This week, we will talk about service in secret
and how it might change the way you see helping others.
