The 2025 Alabama Bandmasters Association All-State Festival is a fantastic opportunity for band members across the state to participate in a quality ensemble composed of some of the best high school musicians in the state!
The 2025 All-State Festival takes place Thursday, April 10th through Saturday, April 12th at the Arthur R. Outlaw Convention Center in Mobile, AL. Membership is granted by audition on Saturday, January 18th, 2025 at Muscle Shoals High School. During these auditions, members will also be selected to participate in the ABA District III Honor Band in Russellville, AL on February 7th and 8th. Members who participate will have their absence excused from school. Transportation, lodging, and meals are NOT provided. Parents and guardians need to accompany their child to All-State Festival and District Honor Band. There are numerous hotels around the area, some of which have a hotel block with the Alabama Bandmasters Association. More information on hotel blocks can be found at alaband.org. All audition and registration fees for participating in All-State Festival and District Honor Band will be covered.

ABA HIGH SCHOOL ALL-STATE REQUIREMENTS
ETUDE CORRECTIONS:
- PERC SNARE: ms. 9 - 32nd rest should be a 16th rest
- PERC SNARE: ms. 18 - quarter note should be a dotted quarter note
- PERC 2 MALLET: ms. 13 - first note should be an E♭, not E♮
- TRUMPET TECH: ms. 12 - second half G above the staff should be played as G♮
