Ms. Kathryn Stowe is the Mental Health Service Coordinator for the Fayette County School System.  Ms. Stowe graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on African Studies and Social Development.  Ms. Stowe graduated from Amridge University with  a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.  Ms Stowe has worked as a mental health counselor for ten + years, counseling adults, adolescents, and children.  Ms Stowe enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends and reading.

The Fayette County Board of Education is happy to announce our partnership with Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center (NWAMHC) for the 2024-2025 school year.  This collaboration resulted in Ms. Tanya Webber, mental health therapist employed by NWAMHC to provide school-based therapy for existing clients along with other students that may need this service.
