Mr. Smyth
Scott Smyth is in his fourth year of teaching and his third year at Fayette County High School. He teaches Collaborative Special Education for the 9th and 10th grades. Coach Smyth is the head coach for girl's golf and an assistant on the girls' basketball team. He holds degrees from the University of Tennessee at Martin and Asbury Theological Seminary and will complete his Master's in Special Education Collaborative 6-12 in the fall of 2024.
Coach Smyth is married to Sarah and has two daughters: Zoe (a FCHS alum) and Elsie (FCHS Senior). He is also the pastor of Vision Church in Fayette.
