Hello! 

Welcome to the Fayette Middle School Library Media Center!  We serve 5th-8th grade students and teachers.  Our media center offers many helpful resources- fiction and non-fiction books, reference books, magazines, chromebooks, Ipads, laptops, desktop computers, wi-fi access, scanning, printing, copy machine, dvds, movies,  etc. 

Library Hours:

The media center is open Monday- Friday from 7:50-3:00.  Teachers regularly schedule times to allow their students to check out books.  Students are welcome to check out books during break and between classes.

Check-Out Policy:

Students can check out up to two library books for a two-week period.  Students are expected to take care of the book(s).  Any damage to / or lost book(s) will result in a fine. 

 Library Vision/Mission Statement:

The vision of the Fayette County Schools Media Program is to promote, encourage, and cultivate academic excellence in the library media center as well as in other areas of the school in technology and learning.  The mission of the Fayette County Schools Media Program is to support the state and district curricula.  The goal is to increase student achievement, encourage reading, and prepare students to be efficient users of information.
