Welcome to the Library Media Center! BES serves Pre-K through 6th Grade students.
The library has many resources available including:
- Fiction and non-fiction, including biographies
- Magazines
- Teacher resource materials
- Computers for self check-in and out
- Computers for searching the OPAC online data base
- Computers for student and parent use
- Flexible seating areas
The library is a busy place. We have at least 2 book fairs a year and have activities for "Be a Champion! Read!", "Read Across America" and Dr. Seuss' birthday!

The OPAC is your way of checking out the BES Library's collection. Students and adults can access the Library's collection by clicking the links below.
The "IN SCHOOL OPAC ACCESS" allows students and teachers to access the full library collection in order to view the books we have available. In addition, we now have a link "AT HOME OPAC ACCESS" that allows parents and students to access this same information from home. This does not allow you to actually read the selection, but allows the student the opportunity to get an idea of what they can check out when they return to school.
