Hello everyone, 

I began working at Hubbertville in 2013. I am a certified English Language Arts teacher here and also gained my certification for Library Media in 2016. Hub is a wonderful place to call "home"; I enjoy the atmosphere and small school setting. This school and community remind me of growing up in the Samantha community and attending Northside High School, located in Tuscaloosa County, where I currently reside.

Many of my favorite hobbies involve spending time with my family and dogs, hunting, reading, and enjoying the quiet solitude of country living. I hope that, through my experiences, I am able to connect with my students and help them to see how important having an education and, most especially a good grasp on English, can be for them. I appreciate the opportunity to be involved here in the Hubbertville community and am proud to call myself a Hubbertville LION!
